Refund Policy
- You can place an exchange order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- We do not accept items that are returned after use, washed, or damaged by you.
- We will only arrange reverse pickup after getting confirmation from the Customer care Team.
- In case you have received a defective product, send us images at care@darkcoalstore.com on the same day of delivery and we will get back to you, once confirmed by the Customer care Team.
- We expect the returned product in the same way it is delivered to you.
- The refund amount will be credited back into the customer’s store wallet/ bank account.
- We request you to understand that we do not have a delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. we may deduct ₹100 in case of return.
