EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

This return and exchange policy appears to outline the conditions under which customers can return or exchange products purchased from the company. The policy states that customers can place an exchange order within 7 days of the date of delivery. However, the company does not accept items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer. In order to initiate a return or exchange, the customer must first contact the company's customer care team. If the customer has received a defective product, they are instructed to send images of the product to a specified email address on the same day of delivery. The company will then evaluate the situation and confirm whether the product can be returned or exchanged. The policy also states that the returned product must be in the same condition it was delivered in, and that the refund amount will be credited back to the customer's store wallet. The company may charge a fee of ₹100 for return.
